Develop sourcing strategies and attract candidates through various channels. Conduct initial interviews and assess both soft and hard skills. Guide candidates through the entire hiring process: from the first contact to offer and onboarding. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in internal HR systems Requirements Experience in recruitment more than 3 years. Strong spoken English (B2 or higher) - you will work in international work enviroment Spoken Russian will be a plus.
