Senior Reporting & Data Analytics Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Reporting & Data Analytics Specialist to support data-driven decision-making by designing, modeling, and visualizing data across multiple platforms. The role involves working with SAP BI tools, integrating data from various sources, and contributing to modern data workflows. Responsibilities Design and develop data models in SAP Datasphere, using both graphical and SQL-based views Build interactive dashboards and reports in SAP Analytics Cloud to support business insights Collect and integrate data from multiple external sources through APIs, handling various authentication methods such as Bearer tokens and OIDC certificates Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance optimization across all reporting solutions Work with modern data platforms such as Databricks to support advanced data engineering and analytics use cases Develop scripts and automation using Python for data processing and integration within the Databricks environment Use version control and collaborate on code and assets through GitHub Requirements At least 3 years of professional relevant experience in reporting and data analytics Strong background in data modeling and reporting activities Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud Familiarity with Git-based workflows through GitHub for collaboration and version control Solid understanding of SQL for querying and modeling data Exposure to Databricks or similar modern data platforms Practical experience with Python for data processing or automation tasks Confident English communication at B2 level or higher, in both written and spoken forms Nice to have Experience working with APIs and authentication mechanisms such as Bearer tokens and OIDC Practical background with SAP HANA for enterprise data management and analytics We offer International projects with top brands Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers Healthcare benefits Employee financial programs Paid time off and sick leave Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ courses Global career opportunities Volunteer and community involvement opportunities EPAM Employee Groups Award-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn
