We're one of the fastest-growing Shopify Retention Agencies in the space, and the brands we work with love us for it. Our team is small, sharp, and obsessed with turning one-time buyers into loyal customers - and we're looking for someone who shares that obsession. We're remote-first and open to candidates from any location. The only thing we ask is an overlap of around 5 hours with CET working hours, so we can collaborate closely as a team while still giving everyone the flexibility to work where and how they do their best work. Your mission: Turn every brand in your portfolio into a retention success story by building strategies, flows, and campaigns that keep customers coming back and growing revenue along the way.
