🔥 **Hiring: Senior SAP Integration Architect & Payroll Engineer** (B2B, EU Remote)

We are looking for an experienced Integration Architect specializing in HR/Payroll systems to support a major German enterprise client!

**🎯 Role Overview:**

* **Format:** 100% Remote (B2B Contract)
* **Location:** EU-residency required
* **Language:** English (B2+ or higher)
* **Schedule:** Highly flexible & outcome-focused (easy to combine with existing commitments)

**📋 Key Responsibilities:**

* Design and implement end-to-end HR and Payroll integrations.
* Configure Point-to-Point (P2P) master data replication and **Business Integration Builder (BIB)** mapping.
* Handle time evaluation and absence replication using **Compound Employee API**.
* Develop and maintain secure iFlows using **SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI)** and **SAP PO/PI** (SOAP, REST, SFTP, AS2).
* Manage error monitoring, payload tracing, and exception handling using PCC, AIF, and B2A Manager.

**🛠 Must-Have Skills:**

* **SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI)** & **SAP PO/PI**
* **SuccessFactors / Employee Central Payroll (ECP)** & **SAP HCM** (PY/OM/PA)
* **Business Integration Builder (BIB)** & **Compound Employee API**
* Groovy scripting, XML, Postman, SOAP/REST protocols

**⭐️ Nice-to-Have:**

* Experience with **UK & Ireland payroll** statutory interfaces.
* Hands-on knowledge of **SAP Application Interface Framework (AIF)**.
* Official SAP Certifications in Integration Suite (CPI) or SF Employee Central / ECP.
