About the position: We are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist who will drive the SEO strategy and execution for iSpace websites across multiple markets. The role combines strategic planning and hands-on execution, with a focus on organic traffic, rankings and conversion. The specialist will work independently under the supervision of the Head of SEO and collaborate with development, content and local market teams. Responsibilities: Develop the SEO strategy and action plan for iSpace together with the Head of SEO and manage its implementation. Conduct SEO audits, identify growth opportunities and prioritize improvements. Manage technical SEO and e-commerce website architecture. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and on-page optimization. Prepare SEO content plans and tasks for copywriters, AI tools and content teams, and review the results. Manage link building, including prospecting, outreach, placements and quality control. Prepare technical tasks for developers and accept completed implementations from the SEO side. Monitor SEO performance and prepare regular reports, dashboards and forecasts. Track organic traffic, rankings, visibility and conversion, explain changes and propose corrective actions. Required experience and skills: Senior-level SEO experience with large e-commerce projects. Strong technical SEO and e-commerce website architecture knowledge. Strong skills in keyword research, on-page optimization and SEO content planning. Hands-on link-building experience. Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or Semrush, Screaming Frog and similar SEO tools. Ability to prepare clear technical and content requirements and validate their implementation. Experience with SEO reporting, forecasting and dashboards in Looker Studio or Power BI. Ability to work independently and collaborate with development, content and local market teams. Fluency in Russian is required.
