🚀 Senior SEO specialist | Taxes for Expats SEO · AI-driven search (AEO) · Organic growth 🌍 Full-time · Remote · CET-aligned · Marketing team We’re looking for a strategic, execution-driven Senior SEO Specialist to scale organic growth across traditional search and AI-driven search (AEO) . You’ll own high-impact SEO initiatives across the full cycle – from research and planning to execution and performance analysis – working closely with content, marketing, and leadership. Your goal: grow organic traffic, strengthen visibility across Google and AI platforms, and ensure our content ranks, converts, and builds authority. 🏢 ABOUT US Taxes for Expats is an online tax preparation service helping US citizens living abroad with their tax obligations. Our mission is to deliver reliable, accurate, and efficient tax solutions. 🔗 https://www.taxesforexpats.com/ 🎯 WHAT YOU’LL DO 🔹 SEO execution & optimization – On-page optimization, content updates, internal linking, and initiatives that improve rankings, traffic, and conversions. 🔹 Content SEO & briefs – Develop SEO briefs based on search intent, structure, semantic depth, internal linking, and CTA logic. Collaborate with copywriters and analyze content performance. 🔹 Link building & outreach – Identify backlink opportunities, run outreach campaigns, build partnerships, and improve link-building processes. 🔹 International SEO – Analyze international performance, identify localization opportunities, and support international SEO strategies. 🔹 AEO & AI visibility – Improve visibility across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other AI-driven platforms , monitor AEO metrics, and identify opportunities for growth. 🔹 AI & automation – Use AI tools across research, content, analysis, and outreach , and automate repetitive workflows. 🔹 Technical SEO – Monitor site health, indexing, crawling, and technical issues in collaboration with developers and product teams. 🔹 Performance & reporting – Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and AEO performance , turning data into actionable insights. ✨ WHAT YOU BRING Must-haves: ✓ 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience. ✓ Proven success with US market SEO , supported by measurable case studies. ✓ Experience with AEO / AI search optimization and AI-driven platforms. ✓ Experience using AI tools for SEO and marketing workflows, research, analysis, and automation. ✓ Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush , or similar tools. ✓ Strong prioritization, organization, and deadline-management skills. ✓ English B2+ , with confident written and verbal communication. 💡 HOW YOU WORK Proactive ownership – You take initiative and drive tasks to completion. Data-driven thinking – You use data, insights, AI, and experimentation to identify opportunities. Execution & speed – You focus on high-impact actions, move quickly, and iterate based on results.
