Senior Test Automation Engineer - Georgian Speaking, Tbilisi, GE.
Job description
Lambda Gaming is building a new Promo Platform from the ground up, a core, event-driven engine that will power every promotional mechanic across our products. Games and external sources feed it events in real time, and the platform turns them into rewards like leaderboard points, free spins, or bonus credits, delivered straight back to the player. We are at the very beginning: architecture is still being defined, and nothing is built yet. That is exactly why this role matters. We are looking for our first dedicated automation engineer, someone who joins at the design stage, shapes the system for testability from day one, and owns quality end-to-end: from event ingestion through Kafka, into PostgreSQL, all the way to what the player sees. This is a high-ownership role on a system where failures, latency, or data loss are critical. You will define the test strategy, build automation from scratch, and be the final word on whether we are production-ready. What you'll bring: Fluent Georgian (our whole office works in Georgian) Strong commercial experience in backend test automation, C# / .NET preferred Hands-on testing of microservices and asynchronous, message-driven systems (Kafka experience a strong plus) Solid SQL and comfort validating data integrity across systems Experience designing a test strategy, not just executing one CI/CD experience (we use GitLab CI) Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams An ownership mindset and confidence to hold a release when it isn't ready What we offer: A genuinely greenfield project with real influence over the architecture Full ownership of a quality function you get to define A startup mindset: fast decisions, no legacy code, no bureaucracy Health insurance after the probation period If this sounds like your kind of challenge, get in touch and send your resume to [email protected]. Include the job title in the subject line.
