We’re looking for a Senior Designer to work on company websites, landing pages, and product pages. You should be comfortable owning the full design process: understanding the task, defining the approach, presenting and defending your ideas, gathering content, creating strong UI, and turning designs into interactive prototypes. You’ll work closely with an Art Director and another designer. You’re a great fit if you: Have a genuinely strong UI portfolio and a great eye for detail; Understand who you’re designing for, what problem the solution should solve, and what outcome it should achieve; Can quickly and clearly explain the reasoning behind your design decisions; Don’t wait for a detailed brief - you’re comfortable working with ambiguity, asking the right questions, proposing solutions, and moving things forward; Use AI as a full-fledged part of your workflow and can use vibe coding to build interactive prototypes that are close to real websites, including ready-to-use content, visuals, and interactive elements. During the interview, we’ll definitely ask: “Why did you make this particular design decision?” And we’ll be happy if you’re just as curious and thoughtful when asking questions about us.
