Apply now Apply now Expectations What We Want To See 5+ years of experience in User Acquisition for mobile applications Hands-on experience managing UA budgets of $1.000.000+ per month Proven experience buying traffic and deep expertise in In-App/DSP channels (at least three of the following: AppLovin, Moloco, Mintegral, Liftoff, Unity, or similar platforms) Incent/Rewarded: hands-on experience with incentivized/rewarded traffic. Experience building this channel from scratch and scaling it successfully is a strong plus Experience designing and implementing automation for user acquisition processes Willingness to work in one of our hubs: Limassol, Tbilisi, Dubai Russian language proficiency at C1 level What You’ll Do Take ownership of two key acquisition channels: In-App/DSP and Incent/Rewarded Develop and execute channel strategies, identify growth opportunities, independently launch, optimize, and scale acquisition campaigns Build and maintain relationships with account managers Design and implement automation solutions for these acquisition channels Benefits Growth and development Our project is actively growing, as well as the team that creates it.
