Customer-Centric Design: Continuous improvement of existing features and development of new ones based on industry standards. In addition, testing designs to increase conversion rate and optimize the customer journey. Taking over and owning projects Cross-project oversight of all touchpoints Independent work and project management Independent communication with all relevant departments and autonomous production supervision Guiding and leading junior and mid-level designers as well as apprentices Providing feedback on colleagues designs and the development team’s implementation Driving projects forward Overview and knowledge of all digital touchpoints Supporting the supervision of agencies Making design decision Quality assurance Fulfilling all requirements of junior and mid-level UX/UI designer Self-management, organization and task handling Documentation of work in Asana and keeping it updated Monitoring deadlines and reporting if they cannot be met Responsible for cross-project communication What sets you apart: Understanding and use of AI tools Understanding of user research and testing to collect feedback for improvements Understanding and application of customer-centric design approaches in design decisions Understanding of business requirements and entrepreneurial thinking Communication & teamwork Sense of responsibility Solid understanding of graphic design Graphic and design knowledge Market and industry knowledge Up-to-date knowledge of trends, technologies & UX/UI best practices UX & UI concept development: wireframing, prototyping & design Development of ideas: from concept through development support & quality assurance Fluent English is a must You can look forward to this: Competitive Compensation: We provide a competitive remuneration package to reward your hard work and dedication.
