A strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI expertise, systems thinking, and exceptional visual design. Advanced Figma skills and hands-on experience creating and maintaining Design Systems . Strong understanding of user psychology, conversion optimization (CRO), and UX design . Experience with graphic design, motion design, or front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus—but not required.
