23 October Talkers is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Service Supervisor / Manager . Location: Tbilisi, Georgia About Us: We are a dynamic and growing hospitality group with 5+ vibrant venues! We are looking for an energetic and experienced Service Supervisor/Manager to join our team. If you have a great personality, a drive for operational excellence, and love creating unforgettable guest experiences while keeping the floor running smoothly, we want you to lead our FOH (Front of House) team. What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities): ** Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure flawless service and a vibrant atmosphere. ** Lead, inspire, and manage a young, dynamic team, setting the tone for the shift. ** Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while maintaining a fun, authentic, and welcoming environment for guests. ** Handle guest feedback gracefully and proactively solve any floor issues. ** Bring fresh energy to the venue and continuously look for ways to make everyday operations better and more efficient. Who We Are Looking For (Requirements): ** 3+ years of proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality/F&B industry. ** A "Funky" Personality: You are vibrant, approachable, and bring great, positive energy to the floor and the team. ** Respect for Standards: You understand that great creativity and fun must be backed by a strong respect for operational guidelines and SOPs. ** Driven by Improvement: You possess genuine enthusiasm and a mindset of making every day better than the last. ** Leadership Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor a young team.
