Royal Tulip Hotel and Casino is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Income Auditor Job Summary: The Income Auditor is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and reconciling all daily hotel revenue transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards. This role involves auditing revenue from all operating departments, preparing daily revenue reports, identifying discrepancies, and collaborating with operational teams to resolve issues. The Income Auditor supports the Finance Department by maintaining accurate financial records and contributing to effective internal controls. Key Responsibilities: Collect and review daily revenue reports from all operating departments, including: Front Office (room revenue); Food & Beverage outlets (restaurants and bars); Spa, Laundry, Minibar, and other revenue-generating departments; Reconcile revenue totals between the Property Management System (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems; Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded, posted, and transferred to the accounting system; Investigate and resolve any discrepancies identified during the audit process. Verify that all revenue is: Recorded in the correct general ledger accounts; Posted to the correct accounting period and business date; Review and validate; Room charges and related revenue; Taxes, service charges, and applicable fees; Discounts, complimentary services, rebates, and adjustments; Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration; Experience: 2+ years; B2 level of English proficiency (spoken). Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
