An international e-commerce business behind the Ferosticker brand, selling our products in several markets through our Shopify store and online marketplaces. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on IT Coordinator to manage our Shopify store and connected digital systems independently, strengthen their reliability, and improve customer experience and sales as the business grows. This is a hands-on role. You will manage the store directly, resolve day-to-day technical issues and deliver improvements. You will coordinate larger development projects with external specialists. Key responsibilities Manage the Shopify store independently, including products and variants, collections, pages, navigation, discounts, languages, currencies and Shopify Markets settings. Maintain the customer journey from product page to cart and checkout. Identify and resolve issues with orders, cart, payments or shipping settings. Configure the storefront theme and make routine changes safely. Apply practical Liquid, HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills to diagnose issues and make small theme changes; brief developers on more complex work and review the result. Install, configure and maintain Shopify apps and integrations. Identify conflicts and assess their impact on site performance. Experience with Klaviyo, Judge.me or other e-commerce tools is an advantage. Maintain analytics and advertising tracking, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking and Meta Pixel. Regularly test that events are recorded and data is collected correctly. Monitor website speed, reliability and appearance on phones, computers and different browsers. Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly. Maintain the technical SEO and product data foundations, resolving issues with indexing, metadata, product feeds and redirects. Manage user access, theme copies and change documentation. Follow good practices for access control, data protection and cookie consent. Coordinate work with marketing, operations and finance teams, external developers and agencies. Define requirements clearly, set priorities and test changes before release. Evaluate new digital and AI tools and automation opportunities. Recommend practical solutions that save time or improve store performance. What we expect Practical experience independently managing a Shopify store and resolving its technical and day-to-day operational issues. Strong knowledge of Shopify administration, apps and integrations. Experience with international stores, multiple languages or Shopify Markets is an advantage. Practical Liquid, HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills sufficient to make small theme changes safely and understand the causes of more complex issues. Practical experience or good working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and advertising conversion tracking, with the ability to check data accuracy. Understanding of website speed, mobile usability, technical SEO and e-commerce conversion improvement. Good spoken and written English and the ability to communicate clearly with an international team and external specialists. A self-directed, responsible and careful approach, with the ability to plan work and communicate risks or delays clearly.
