We’re looking for an English-speaking Short Form Video Editor in Tbilisi to join our fast-moving team. You’ll edit scroll-stopping Reels, TikToks and Shorts for our clients and for our own ads. Deadlines are short and the volume is high, so you need to be quick without letting quality slip. Key Responsibilities: Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) from raw footage, often with same-day or 24-hour turnaround; Manage several edits at once, prioritise well and hit every deadline; Write strong hooks and pace videos to hold attention in the first 3 seconds; Add captions, text overlays, transitions, sound design and trending audio; Edit UGC-style videos and ad creatives for Meta and other paid channels; Turn one long video into several short clips; Make changes quickly after feedback; Use AI tools to speed up editing, captions and b-roll; Keep up with Instagram and TikTok trends, formats and sounds, and suggest new ideas. Qualifications: Proven experience editing short-form social video; a portfolio of Reels/TikToks is required; Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut and/or DaVinci Resolve (After Effects is a plus); Hands-on experience with AI video and audio tools (e.g. Runway, Descript, OpusClip, Submagic, ElevenLabs) and the ability to learn new ones quickly; A strong sense of pacing, storytelling and what makes people stop scrolling; Ability to work quickly and calmly under tight deadlines; Attention to detail in captions, audio levels and framing; Organised, reliable and comfortable working with a team; Strong knowledge of English, spoken and written (C1).
