We are a fast-growing tech company looking for a motivated Junior Videographer and Video Editor. You will become a part of our media team and create content watched by tens of thousands of people every day. About the Position We are looking for a growth-oriented, energetic, and hardworking junior candidate to join our team in the Tbilisi office. Your primary role will be to independently shoot and edit short-form content (TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts) while learning from our experienced media team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with basic videography and editing skills who wants to grow professionally by owning real, creative projects. Responsibilities: Filming and editing short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) from start to finish. Managing basic set preparation, including simple lighting, camera, and sound setup. Adding subtitles, text, and basic graphic elements to videos. Formatting final files according to specific social media platform requirements. Collaborating with the marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and execute creative ideas. Assisting the main videographer on larger-scale projects when necessary. Requirements: Basic hands-on experience with video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar). Ability to shoot quality content (using basic camera equipment or a high-end smartphone). Strong familiarity with social media formats (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and current video trends. A strong desire to learn new skills quickly and take ownership of your tasks. Fluency in Georgian (communication level in English or Russian is a plus). A small portfolio or examples of video work (even amateur/personal projects) is required.
