## Job description

Casino Otium is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Slot Operator Slot Operator Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to casino patrons, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable gaming experience Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Assist guests with the operation of electronic gaming machines Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently Monitor electronic gaming machines to ensure proper operation Handle minor machine malfunctions and perform basic troubleshooting Inform guests about current promotions, events, and special offers Assist with processing guest transactions, including cashing out and adding credits to gaming machines Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a casino or hospitality environment Basic understanding of electronic gaming machines is an asset Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Basic knowledge of Turkish, English, Russian languages Interested Candidates, please send your resume (CV) to the e-mail address: shrmgr@otiumcasino.com and indicate "Slot Operator" in the subject line or come to the Casino "Otium" HR Office located at #118 Gorgiladze Street and fill out the application form on the spot.
