## Job description

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the content strategy across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, etc.).
Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, reels, and other content formats.
Monitor trends, competitors, and audience engagement to keep content relevant.
Manage community interactions: comments, DMs, and audience feedback.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing team on campaigns.
Track and analyze key SMM metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and report on performance.
Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (a plus).

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in SMM or social media management.
Strong understanding of social media trends, formats, and platform algorithms.
Creative mindset with strong copywriting skills.
Experience with content planning tools and basic analytics (Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.).
English B1–B2 is a plus.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
