13 November OneClick Airways is a new and ambitious airline based in Tbilisi, Georgia, and is dedicated to elevating air travel by prioritizing security, comfort, and customer care. We are looking for a creative, proactive, and hands-on Social Media & Content Manager to manage our digital presence and create engaging content that strengthens the brand and connects with our audience. Duties and Responsibilities: ** Develop and implement the company`s social media strategy in line with overall business and brand objectives, with a strong focus on brand awareness, brand health, audience growth, and engagement; ** Manage the company`s presence across Facebook and Instagram, and identify opportunities to expand into relevant digital platforms; ** Create engaging social media content, including Reels, Stories, short-form videos, and basic visual content, using tools such as Canva and mobile editing apps. Work closely with graphic designers, video production teams and other creative partners to develop more advanced visual assets; ** Write clear, engaging and brand-consistent copy in Georgian and English; ** Support social media communication for new route launches, promotional campaigns and other key company initiatives; ** Develop compelling storytelling, messaging and CTA strategies designed to increase engagement and support conversion; ** Create and edit SEO-friendly articles and website content in collaboration with the SEO specialist/agency; ** Support influencer and content creator collaborations when relevant; ** Review social media campaign results provided by the advertiser and suggest content and creative improvements; ** Stay up to date with social media trends and identify relevant opportunities for the brand; ** Prepare social media performance reports; ** Continuously test new content formats, communication approaches and creative ideas to improve the company`s digital presence. Requirements: ** Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field; ** 2+ years of relevant experience in Social Media, Content Creation, Digital Communications, or Copywriting; ** Strong copywriting and storytelling skills; ** Good working knowledge of Canva and/or similar content creation tools; ** Good understanding of social media platforms and content formats; ** Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Georgian and English; Russian is an advantage; ** Creative, proactive and detail-oriented; ** Strong sense of brand identity and tone of voice; ** Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks. As well as good team player; ** Interested in social media trends, digital culture and new content formats; ** Interested in building brand.
