We operate with a small yet dynamic core team and collaborate with project-specific professionals as needed. We work with a select number of clients at a time to ensure quality and focus. For this role, you’ll be working across two key clients: Shuffle Boar – a social entertainment bar at Zeche Tbilisi, combining shuffleboard, social games, food, cocktails, and events. Allprint – a full-service advertising factory specializing in print and installations. We’re looking for a creative, self-motivated Social Media Content Creator to take ownership of daily content production and social media execution for both brands. What You’ll Do For Shuffle Boar: Plan, create, and publish engaging photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn Organize and lead regular on-site content shoots at Zeche Tbilisi Produce short-form content including Reels, TikToks, Stories, and static visuals Edit video and photo content using mobile or desktop tools Schedule and publish posts according to the content plan Monitor engagement and maintain an active brand presence across platforms Follow brand guidelines, visual direction, and tone of voice Stay on top of social media trends and adapt them to the brand’s identity Help grow audience, engagement, and overall social media performance For Allprint: Create and publish social media content from the production factory Plan and complete content/photo shoot visits Capture and edit photo and video content in line with the brand’s guidelines Manage the basic content production and publishing workflow What We’re Looking For Proven experience in social media content creation – portfolio or previous account work required Strong photography and videography skills using a smartphone or camera Confidence with video and photo editing tools Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn Strong awareness of current social media trends and platform-specific content styles Ability to independently plan shoot days and manage content from concept to publication Keen visual eye and attention to detail Excellent organizational and time-management skills Comfortable working independently while meeting deadlines and delivering results Experience in entertainment, hospitality, lifestyle, or HoReCa is a plus High-level English proficiency is required A personal car and willingness to drive to off-site shoots is a plus What We Offer Full-time role with a growing entertainment brand Creative and flexible working environment Hybrid work model Support from a dedicated Creative Director and Account Manager Flexible scheduling for on-site content production Brand guidelines and visual assets provided Bonus system for additional off-site events, festivals, and special content production On-site perks at Shuffle Boar Opportunity to work across two diverse brands and build a versatile social media portfolio If you can spot a great piece of content before it trends, turn a spontaneous moment into a viral Reel, and consistently deliver polished work without needing reminders – we’d love to hear from you.
