We are looking for a highly capable Social Media & Influencer Cooperation Manager based in Georgia who can take real ownership of influencer outreach, communication and campaign execution. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can work independently, move projects forward without constant supervision and maintain a consistently high standard of execution. Your responsibilities: ** Research and identify high-quality influencers and content creators that fit our brands ** Evaluate creators based on audience quality, content, brand fit and commercial potential ** Contact influencers professionally and manage negotiations and communication ** Coordinate collaborations, product placements and influencer campaigns from start to finish ** Follow up consistently on deliverables, deadlines and agreed content ** Maintain a structured overview of all active and potential influencer partnerships ** Proactively identify new marketing opportunities and act on them ** Resolve open topics quickly instead of letting projects stall ** Support broader social media and marketing activities ** Work closely with our international marketing team ** Take ownership of assigned projects and communicate progress clearly What we are looking for: ** Proven professional experience in marketing, influencer marketing, social media, partnerships or a comparable field ** Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok ** Excellent written and spoken English ** German language skills are a strong advantage ** Very strong communication skills ** Professional and confident communication with influencers, agencies and external partners ** High level of reliability and attention to detail ** Strong organizational skills and structured working methods ** Ability to work independently and make good decisions without constant supervision ** Someone who sees what needs to be done and takes action without waiting to be told ** Ability to work with urgency and keep momentum in day-to-day tasks ** Comfortable following up repeatedly when needed and pushing projects to completion ** Good commercial understanding and ability to judge whether a collaboration makes sense ** High quality standards combined with efficient execution ** Ability to identify problems early and communicate them before they become blockers ** Previous experience working in an international environment is an advantage ** Preferably based in Tbilisi What we offer: ** 800 EUR per month ** 32 hours per week ** 4-day working week, Monday to Thursday ** Friday off ** 3 out of 4 working days must be worked from a coworking space ** No home office on those 3 days ** The coworking space will be fully paid by us ** 1 working day per week can be worked flexibly outside the coworking space ** Work with an international team ** Direct communication with a German company ** Long-term cooperation for the right candidate ** Opportunity to take on more responsibility over time The cooperation is freelance-based. Since Janzen Ventures GmbH is a German company, you will issue us an invoice for your services each month.
