This is a hybrid position based in Tbilisi, Georgia , combining office-based and remote work. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage content plans for several projects; Create and publish engaging posts in English and Russian; Design visually appealing social media posts and adapt them for different platforms; Schedule content and maintain publishing calendars using content-planning software; Maintain a consistent visual style and tone of voice for each brand; Monitor performance and prepare regular reports; Suggest ideas to increase engagement and brand visibility. Requirements Previous experience in social media management and digital content creation; Strong written and spoken English and Russian are mandatory; Proven experience in designing social media posts; Knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma ; Experience with content-planning and scheduling tools Ability to develop and manage content calendars for multiple projects; A portfolio or examples of previously created social media content and designs; Excellent copywriting and communication skills in both languages; Good understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and their content formats; Ability to manage several projects and deadlines simultaneously; Basic understanding of social media analytics; Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; Availability to work in a hybrid format from our office in Tbilisi.
