What We Offer ✔ Professional development opportunities ✔ Corporate health insurance provided by Ardi Insurance ✔ FitPass membership ✔ Corporate events and team-building activities Key Responsibilities • Develop monthly social media content ideas and communication calendars together with the Marketing Manager (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms) • Create engaging copy, publish posts, and manage social media channels on a daily basis • Prepare creative briefs for the designer and coordinate the content production process • Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads • Develop concepts, film, and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms • Analyze the performance of social media channels, advertising campaigns, and the company website, and prepare regular reports using GA4 • Manage and update website and online store content • Monitor competitors, customer behavior, and digital marketing trends while identifying new opportunities for growth • Perform other duties assigned by the direct manager within the scope of the position Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and/or social media management • Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads , including campaign planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization • Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and experience managing websites and/or e-commerce platforms • Practical experience in filming and editing short-form video content • English proficiency at B2 level or higher • Strong written and verbal communication skills Additional Information 📍 Location: Tsitsamuri, Tbilisi Highway (opposite the Saguramo turn-off).
