Our business focuses on creating engaging entertainment experiences, organising events and festivals, and delivering leisure activities that bring communities together. As our operations continue to expand, we are looking for a professional, organised, and motivated Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team in Tbilisi, Georgia. Key Responsibilities: ** Develop, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms. ** Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant social media channels. ** Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for international events, festivals, and brands. ** Write creative, engaging captions, promotional materials, and advertising copy. ** Assist with the setup, management, and optimisation of paid social media advertising campaigns. ** Monitor social media engagement, audience growth, and campaign performance. ** Research industry trends, audience preferences, and new content opportunities. ** Collaborate with designers, marketing colleagues, and international teams. ** Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across multiple platforms. ** Support the development and implementation of social media marketing strategies. Requirements: ** Fluent English is essential (written and spoken). ** Previous experience managing business social media accounts. ** Strong creative writing, communication, and content development skills. ** Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media analytics. ** Working knowledge of Canva or other graphic design tools. ** Understanding of social media trends, content strategies, and digital marketing principles. ** Ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and deadlines simultaneously. ** Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. ** Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with an international team. ** Experience in entertainment, events, hospitality, or lifestyle marketing is an advantage.
