Role Description The Social Media & Partnerships Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tbilisi. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and managing social media content across platforms to strengthen Aptos Global’s brand, engage medical professionals, and promote educational and product-focused initiatives. The person in this position will develop and execute partnership strategies, nurture relationships with key partners and distributors, and coordinate joint campaigns, events, and content collaborations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media calendars, monitoring performance metrics, supporting digital campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency in messaging. The role also involves close collaboration with marketing, education, and sales teams to align social media and partnership activities with broader business goals. Qualifications Ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships; skills in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships. Experience in maintaining partner relationships and delivering value; skills in Account Management. Strong Analytical Skills for tracking performance, reporting on campaigns, and optimizing strategies. Excellent Communication skills for crafting clear, engaging content and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand management, preferably in healthcare or aesthetics. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency with social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and basic analytics dashboards. Ability to work on-site in Tbilisi, prioritize multiple projects, and operate in a fast-paced, international environment.
