This is a remote freelance position for someone who understands how to build a social media presence from scratch and generate organic traffic , especially in industries where mainstream platforms can have stricter content and account policies. What you will do: Set up and launch new social media accounts and brand profiles. Develop social media strategies for new niche brands and projects. Build different content/community concepts around specific audiences and niches. Manage Instagram, TikTok, X, Telegram, Reddit, and other relevant platforms. Develop organic traffic and audience-growth strategies. Create content plans and provide ideas for posts, short-form video, and community engagement. Research competitors, trends, and relevant communities. Monitor account performance and recommend improvements. Work with multiple brands and niches, including adult entertainment and iGaming . Work with the team to present strategies, ideas, and results to the founder. Follow platform rules and develop sustainable approaches to account health, moderation, and content compliance . What we are looking for: Previous experience managing social media accounts for commercial projects. Strong understanding of organic social media growth and traffic generation . Experience working with adult, iGaming, gambling, forex, fintech or other high-risk/regulated niches is a strong advantage. Experience launching and growing accounts from zero. Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit, and Telegram. Ability to work independently and propose strategies, not just execute instructions.
