Software Engineer (Back-End / Full-Stack)

**Elinext** is an international IT company specializing in software development and integration for customers worldwide. We help businesses build reliable, scalable, and modern digital solutions across a wide range of industries.

We are looking for a **Software Engineer (Back-End / Full-Stack)** to join a new team working on an internal product for a **European company in the drone industry**.

The team is building a new program designed to support and optimize **manufacturing management across production sites**. This role is a great fit for an engineer who enjoys working on practical, business-critical systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and using modern development approaches, including **AI-assisted coding tools**.

The backend preference is **Python**, while the frontend part is focused on **JavaScript**. At the same time, the programming language itself is less important than strong hands-on engineering skills and real experience building production systems. **Rust** experience would be considered a plus.

Responsibilities
- Develop and improve backend or full-stack solutions for a manufacturing management platform
- Build reliable, scalable, and maintainable application components for internal business use
- Work on backend services, business logic, and system integrations
- Contribute to frontend development where relevant using **JavaScript**
- Collaborate with internal **cross-departmental teams** to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Use **AI coding tools** in practice to improve development workflows and delivery speed
- Participate in technical discussions, solution design, and implementation decisions
- Help ensure code quality, readability, and maintainability across the product

Requirements
- **3+ years of commercial software development experience**
- Strong hands-on engineering experience building real production systems
- Good backend development skills, preferably with **Python**
- Experience with **JavaScript** on the frontend side
- Practical experience using **AI coding tools** in software development
- Ability to communicate effectively with different internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Good understanding of software design, maintainable code, and delivery in a product-oriented environment

Must be based in EU
Must be an **EU citizen**

Nice to Have
- Experience with **Rust**
- Experience working on internal business systems, operational platforms, or manufacturing-related tools
- Full-stack experience across both backend and frontend
- Experience in fast-moving product environments
