## Job description

**In-house (not outstaff) ‼️**

We are looking for a **Software Team Leader (Python, AI)** 🐍🤖

**Requirements:**
• 3+ years of experience leading **R&D / software development teams**
• 5+ years of backend development experience with strong **Python** expertise
• Strong understanding of networking protocols: **TCP/IP, HTTP/S, SSH, RDP**
• Solid knowledge of security concepts: **Zero Trust, Identity Management, Encryption**
• Experience designing **distributed, highly available systems** handling real-time traffic and data
• Strong system architecture and technical leadership skills
• Experience working with **AI-assisted development tools**, specifically **Cursor and Claude**
• Strong communication, mentoring and team leadership skills
• Ability to foster technical ownership, security-first mindset and continuous delivery

**Would be a plus:**
• Experience with **React or Angular**
• Cloud-native technologies: **AWS / Azure / GCP, Docker, Kubernetes**
• Cybersecurity experience, especially **Remote Access, VPN, ZTNA or IAM**

**Location:** Poland 🇵🇱
**Preference:** Warsaw
**Office:** Once per quarter
**Duration:** Long-term
