Core capabilities include UI/UX design, web applications, and mobile development. Role Description The Software Tester role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tbilisi. This role involves planning, designing, and executing test cases for web and mobile applications to ensure software quality and reliability. The Software Tester will identify, document, and track defects, collaborate closely with developers and product teams, and participate in regression, functional, and integration testing. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing requirements and specifications, analyzing test results, validating fixes, and contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes and standards. The role also requires clear communication of test findings and risks to stakeholders. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Software Testing and Quality Assurance skills. Candidates should possess solid Test Execution skills and the ability to design and manage Test Cases. Candidates should possess well-developed Analytical Skills for identifying issues and interpreting test outcomes. Experience with bug tracking tools, test management systems, and version control platforms is beneficial. Knowledge of web and mobile application architectures and basic understanding of APIs is an advantage. Attention to detail, structured problem-solving, and clear written and verbal communication skills are required. Relevant education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred. Experience with automated testing tools or scripting languages is a plus.
