Position: Solutions Consultant (Customer Care) Your responsibilities: ✅ Provide customer support via Phone, Chat, and Email ✅ Handle non-technical troubleshooting for Google products, including: Play Store Google Pay (GPay) Google for Families Google Books Google Movies And other Google services 📍 Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (On-site) ✈️ Relocation package provided – relocation expenses are covered for eligible candidates. 🕘 Working Hours: 09:00 – 22:00 Monday – Sunday (shift-based schedule) 💰 Salary: €1,500 Gross/month 📅 Start Date: 14 August Requirements: ✔ Excellent command of German and English ✔ Strong communication and customer service skills ✔ EU citizenship or a valid permit to work in Bulgaria (if applicable) ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment Interested?
