## Job description

27 November In BATUMI , Rogantini Development is looking for a Social Media Manager . Qualification Requirements: ** At least 2 years of experience in a similar position; ** High-level proficiency in English and Russian languages (C1); ** A higher education degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred. Technical Skills: ** Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator; Canva, CapCut; ** MS Office and other office software. Core Skills: ** Strong written and verbal communication skills; ** Creative thinking; ** Ability to work in a team; ** Knowledge of current trends; ** Ability to work independently and perform analytical tasks. Key Responsibilities: ** Managing and developing social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn); ** Managing and developing a YouTube channel; ** Creating content designs, including video and photo editing/processing; ** Drafting post copy and responding to comments and messages; ** Producing graphic materials for planned online campaigns; ** Creating graphic assets such as banners, stickers, flyers, etc. ** Collaboration with a targetologist/digital marketing manager: developing and executing advertising campaigns; ** Ongoing coordination with the sales department to obtain information regarding promotions and offers; ** Knowledge and application of SEO optimization principles; ** Weekly monitoring and analysis of results.
