Speakday is looking for motivated Community Representatives from around the world to help us grow our presence in different countries and bring new participants into our global English-speaking community. YOUR EARNINGS This is a commission-based opportunity. You earn a percentage from the payment made by each participant you personally bring to Speakday. Your commission rate depends on the number of participants you bring: * 1–10 participants — 30% commission * 11–20 participants — 35% commission * 21–30 participants — 40% commission * 31–40 participants — 45% commission * 41+ participants — 50% commission For example, if you bring 15 participants, you earn 35% of the payment made by each of those participants.
