Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized speech, language, voice, cognition, and swallowing treatment plans in collaboration with physicians. Implement and adjust therapy activities, ensuring progress towards patient goals. Educate patients and families, provide discharge instructions, and facilitate referrals to community resources. Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge plans per departmental standards. Participate in team meetings, adhere to ethical practices, maintain confidentiality, and follow infection prevention protocols. Deliver excellent customer service using AIDET principles, fostering a respectful and positive environment. Engage in ongoing professional development, complete required training, and support onboarding of new staff. Qualifications & Skills Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited program. Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and BLS certification. Effective communication, customer service orientation, teamwork, and basic computer skills.
