Key Responsibilities Implement and revise speech therapy treatment plans, selecting appropriate activities to meet patient goals. Educate patients and families, providing discharge instructions and referrals as needed. Conduct assessments, establish and evaluate treatment programs, and develop discharge plans. Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and patient progress in accordance with departmental protocols. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and uphold ethical practices. Promote excellent customer service, applying communication principles and fostering teamwork. Participate in professional development, mandatory training, and orientation activities. Qualifications & Skills Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited program. Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and current BLS certification. Effective communication, customer service orientation, teamwork skills, and basic computer proficiency.
