As a Spray Foam Applicator, you will bring the insulating and air sealing power of spray foam into homes and buildings throughout South Georgia and North Florida. Whether you have years of industry experience or are new to insulation, our expert team provides all the training necessary to become a Spray Foam Applicator that meets our standard. Responsibilities Install open-cell and closed-cell spray foam insulation in residential and commercial projects. Perform job site preparation, clean-up, and routine equipment maintenance. Follow all company protocols, OSHA requirements, and safety standards. Communicate effectively with crew leaders, office staff, and management to ensure projects are completed to specification. Occasionally assist with batt insulation, blown-in insulation, and other installation types. Requirements 2+ years of insulation or construction experience preferred. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Ability to work in varied job site conditions (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, outdoor environments).
