Staff DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a **Staff DevOps Engineer**

🎯 **Requirements:**
• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering
• Proven experience owning production infrastructure as a Lead or Staff DevOps Engineer
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes (EKS)
• Expertise in Terraform, Terragrunt, CI/CD, and GitOps (ArgoCD or similar)
• Experience with multi-region and multi-account AWS environments
• Strong knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, BetterStack, etc.)
• Scripting experience (Python, Bash, Go, or TypeScript)
• Experience using AI tools to improve engineering workflows
• English: Advanced+

➕ **Nice to have:**
• Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or GDPR compliance
• Experience building infrastructure for AI/LLM products
• Multi-tenant SaaS experience
• PostgreSQL operations at scale
• Experience with Atlantis
