About the Opportunity We are seeking Startup Partners & Managers to lead and scale early-stage ventures within four focused domains: PropTech (Real Estate Innovation) EdTech (Educational Technology) LegalTech (Legal Automation & SaaS) MedTech (Healthcare & Life Sciences Tech) We provide our partners with strategic support, EU market entry, and direct access to venture capital investments to build highly profitable, sustainable companies. Key Responsibilities Assess business plans, unit economics, and market potential for early-stage ventures. Track startup portfolio metrics, conduct progress reviews, and present strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders. Support founders in fundraising readiness, pitch refinement, and EU market entry strategies. Connect venture teams with relevant domain advisors, industry partners, and investors. Refine internal processes for screening, evaluating, and accelerating portfolio companies. Qualifications Analytical Skills: Strong ability to evaluate business models, market dynamics, and financial projections. Portfolio & Project Execution: Track record of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects or startup engagements concurrently.
