Information about vacant position: ** Specialization/Specialty: Administration/Business Management/Branch management/SalesNetwork/Expansion and Growth/Supervision and Management/Retail Sales/Sales Management/B2C sales ** Industry / Field: RetailRetail ** Seniority level: Senior-Level ** Schedule: Flexible hours ** Employment form: Open-ended contract ** Work Location: Hybrid ** Salary: Fixed 2500- 4000 GEL ** Additional benefits: Corporate mobile number, Health insurance Employer requirement: ** Experience is desired: ** Seniority level:Senior-Level ** Languages:Georgian, Russian, Ukrainian, English About the Role We are looking for a leader to launch and then manage our first shoe store in Batumi or Tbilisi. Store size: 60-130 m². After a successful opening and achieving target KPIs, the role offers opportunities to scale the network and expand responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Store Launch ** Search for and evaluate commercial premises for lease ** Participate in negotiations with landlords ** Organize and supervise store renovation works ** Manage the installation of retail equipment according to the approved layout/design ** Prepare the store for opening Operational Management: ** Hire, train, and manage staff ** Create work schedules and ensure discipline and compliance ** Control cash-handling procedures and inventory accounting ** Maintain inbound documents and internal paperwork ** Ensure service standards and visual merchandising guidelines ** Be personally present in the store and participate in sales Sales & Reporting: ** Deliver sales targets and KPIs ** Analyze daily and monthly performance metrics ** Prepare sales and stock reports ** Participate in merchandise ordering and replenishment planning Requirements: ** Retail store management experience of 2-3+ years is a plus, but not mandatory ** Store launch/opening experience is also a plus ** Team management skills (3-10 employees) ** Understanding of sales, KPIs, and inventory management ** Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and leadership ** Fluent Georgian — highly preferred ** Fluent Russian, Ukrainian, or English — preferred ** Confident PC user (Excel, POS systems, document workflow) We Offer: ** Bonus for a successful store launch ** Percentage of store turnover ** Quarterly KPI achievement bonuses ** Long-term growth potential to managing multiple stores, and eventually the entire store network in Georgia ** Support from the owners and established business processes Please
