We are seeking a results-driven and experienced professional who will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, driving sales performance, and leading a successful team. Key Responsibilities Manage daily store operations and ensure achievement of sales targets; Lead, motivate, and develop the team while maintaining high performance standards; Plan staff schedules, evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and support employee development; Manage product availability, stock levels, and assortment, including coordination of new collection deliveries, processing, merchandising, and inventory procedures; Ensure excellent customer service standards and act as a role model for the team; Monitor sales performance and operational KPIs, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for improvement; Support commercial activities and ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns and in-store initiatives; Oversee cashier operations, cash and card transactions, returns/exchanges, and other store procedures; Maintain visual merchandising standards, store cleanliness, safety, hygiene, and loss prevention procedures; Collaborate with different departments to ensure efficient store operations and continuous improvement. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role; Previous experience in retail (experience with international brands will be considered an advantage); Proficiency in English; Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; Experience in sales management and achieving business targets; High sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a team.
