Responsibilities: ** Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth store performance. ** Schedule and supervise employees while monitoring daily work results. ** Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve business goals. ** Maintain high standards of store appearance and visual merchandising. ** Monitor sales performance and implement actions to achieve sales targets. ** Maintain store reports, statistical data, and financial records. ** Manage inventory and ensure proper stock control. ** Handle customer questions and resolve complaints in a professional manner. Qualifications and Requirements: ** Bachelor`s degree. ** Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager or in a similar position. ** Good command of Georgian and intermediate English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage. ** Good knowledge of MS Office. ** Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. ** Sales-oriented with good problem-solving abilities. Working Location: Tbilisi Working Hours: Full-time, 6 working days per week with 1 day off (160 working hours per month).
