Strategic Corporate Sales Manager Department: Commercial & Business Development Employment Type: Full-time Position Summary The Strategic Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company's corporate sales strategy, expanding the corporate client portfolio, managing key accounts, and driving sustainable premium growth. The role focuses on acquiring large corporate clients, strengthening strategic partnerships, and delivering customized insurance solutions that meet client needs while supporting Benefits Georgia's long-term business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic corporate sales plans aligned with the company's business objectives. Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients across various industries. Manage and expand relationships with existing key corporate accounts. Lead negotiations and prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and insurance solutions. Conduct client needs assessments and coordinate with underwriting and product teams to develop tailored insurance programs. Achieve individual sales targets, premium growth, and profitability objectives. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client portfolios. Build and maintain relationships with brokers, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders. Participate in tenders, RFPs, and corporate procurement processes. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities. Maintain accurate client information and sales activities within the CRM system. Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and management reports. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Underwriting, Medical Services, Customer Experience, Finance, and Operations to ensure excellent client service. Represent Benefits Georgia at business events, networking meetings, conferences, and industry forums. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is considered an advantage. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management. Experience in the insurance, banking, financial services, healthcare, or corporate services sector is highly preferred. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strategic client relationships. Experience managing complex corporate negotiations and long sales cycles. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent English and Georgian communication skills; Russian is an advantage.
