What You’ll Do: ✨ Customer Service ExcellenceRespond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Maintain a positive, empathetic attitude while delivering service that reflects our standards and values 🔧 Process Adherence & ImprovementFollow internal workflows to handle inquiries and troubleshoot issues Stay current on product updates and industry trends and share feedback to improve support processes. 🤝 Collaboration & TeamworkWork closely with your teammates to deliver consistent, high-quality support Join regular team meetings and training sessions to boost your skills 🚩 Escalation SupportIdentify when issues need to be escalated and ensure timely handoff Collaborate with internal teams for effective resolution of escalated cases 📝 Documentation & ReportingLog all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM Contribute to reporting and share insights on customer trends What We’re Looking For: Clear, friendly, and professional communication skills Experience in customer support or a similar client-facing role (a plus) Excellent verbal and communication skills in Georgian and English Comfortable engaging with customers via chat, email, and phone A detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills Collaborative team player open to feedback and growth Familiarity with CRM systems (a plus) Genuine interest in our products, industry trends, and the fintech space What We Offer: A supportive, collaborative team culture where your ideas matter Hybrid work setup – work from home whenever it suits you Flexible schedule: Saturday and Sunday are regular working days, with weekly days off provided on weekdays 1,100 GEL net fixed salary A dynamic environment in the fast-moving fintech industry
