It is part of our culture, together with learning from each other every day, having a good time at work, and adding a spark and fun touch, both inside and outside of the office. 🎯 What we’d like you to do Have significant HR experience, gained at business partner / manager level ideally within a high volume, fast paced and customer focussed environment Have problem solving and analytical capability Manage labour relations and legal aspects for the entity Responsible for the data accuracy and integrity for the site HR Information Systems Be able to develop effective working relationships with employees at all levels Manages the People aspect of the SPS ( Performance Competency Management, Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion) Have a proven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable. Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships. Coordinate and guarantee that the HR processes and programs are correctly carried out around the company values Demonstrate the ability to motivate others and influence work behaviours Have strong change management, negotiation and influencing skills Be intellectually curious; bring valuable insight into the team / business 🔊 What we’d like you to bring Bachelor's degree You have at least 6 years of previous experience in HR or related field. Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office suite You have a C1/C2 level of English, both spoken and written. At Making Science , we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about finding exceptional talent and enjoys being involved in the broader HR function. This role combines full-cycle tech recruitment , HR administration , and recruitment analytics , making it a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow beyond traditional recruiting. What you'll do: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and business roles Source and engage top talent using various channels Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process Coordinate interviews and ensure an outstanding candidate experience Support HR administrative processes and employee documentation Work with SAP SuccessFactors and maintain accurate HR data Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring analytics Track recruitment KPIs and identify opportunities to improve hiring processes Contribute to employer branding and recruitment initiatives What we're looking for: 4+ years of experience in technical recruitment Previous experience with HR administration Familiarity working with SAP SuccessFactors or another HRIS Strong analytical skills and confidence working with recruitment metrics and reports Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Advanced English (written and spoken) ✔️ Perks of joining us We give you complete stability with an indefinite job contract.
