At CoreStar, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your skills, tackle exciting challenges, and directly contribute to impactful products. 📌 Key Responsibilities: • Own the sourcing strategy for hard-to-fill roles — deep tech, executive, and highly specialized positions where standard pipelines don’t exist • Build and execute creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies tailored to each role, using different tools • Conduct market mapping and competitor intelligence to identify where talent sits and how competitor teams are structured on different GEO's • Develop and continuously refine complex Boolean and X-Ray search strings to uncover passive and hidden candidates • Screen and qualify sourced candidates before handoff to recruiters/hiring managers, ensuring strong fit on both skills and motivation • Track and report on sourcing funnel metrics, channel effectiveness, and time-to-fill for niche searches • Continuously test and implement new sourcing tools, platforms, and data-scraping techniques 📌 Requirements: • 2+ years of sourcing/recruitment experience, including exposure to complex, niche, or executive-level searches • Proven ability to build sourcing strategies from scratch for roles with no existing candidate pool • Strong command of advanced sourcing techniques: Boolean, X-Ray, social platforms (LinkedIn, Telegram, Facebook, GitHub, Behance, etc.), and niche/professional communities • Familiarity with modern sourcing tools and data-scraping/enrichment platforms • Comfortable working with ambiguity and long search cycles on hard-to-crack roles • Strong analytical mindset — able to read market signals and adjust strategy accordingly • Excellent written and verbal communication for outreach and relationship-building with passive candidates • Upper- Intermediate level of English required; additional languages a plus. 📌 Nice to have: • Background in executive search or technical/expert-level assessment • Industry-specific expertise (IT, Marketing, Online Entertainment). 📌 Benefits: 🏝 12 working days of paid annual leave 🤝 6 days of paid sick leave 📚 Greek and English language classes (partially covered) Join us and be one of the Core Stars! ⭐
