**Tech Lead / Senior Backend Engineer** (TypeScript/Node.js) - **Utorg**
💰 **Fintech product: **Mobile App (non-custodial wallet, on/off-ramp, crypto cards across EU)
📍 **Remote | Full-time**

**What you'll own:
**→ **Backend architecture across two platforms** (30+ and 25+ microservices) — system design, API contracts, data flow
→ **Production integrations** with payment providers, card issuers, blockchain networks — retries, circuit breakers, graceful degradation
→ **Performance: **profiling, caching strategies, query optimization, scale planning
→ **AI-powered work flow** ** and LLM-based automations** across the full dev cycle

**What you bring:
**✅ **At least 5 years TypeScript/Node.js in production**
✅** NestJS 2+ years** — modules, guards, interceptors, microservice transports
✅ **Deep PostgreSQL** — EXPLAIN ANALYZE, zero-downtime migrations, database-per-service
✅ **Real microservices** — RPC + pub/sub, message brokers, idempotency, eventual consistency. Not a monolith split into folders
✅ **Production blockchain (MUST) **— HD wallets (BIP32/BIP39), smart contracts, multichain, real user funds. ethers.js / viem / @solana/web3.js
✅ **AI-driven workflow (MUST) **— Claude, Copilot, or Cursor daily. You've built automations, not just prompted for snippets
✅ **English Upper-Intermediate. Russian — fluent**

**Nice to have: **NATS JetStream, OpenTelemetry / Prometheus + Grafana, Kubernetes (Helm/Kustomize), fintech domain (KYC/AML, PCI DSS), React basics
