The role ensures design deliverables are technically sound, coordinated, compliant with applicable regulations, and aligned with project objectives, budgets, schedules, and quality standards. The position works closely with internal project teams, consultants, and stakeholders to support the successful delivery of residential, hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate architectural and multidisciplinary design activities from concept design through construction support. Review drawings, specifications, reports, and design submissions to ensure quality, completeness, and compliance with project requirements. Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, interior design, façade, and other specialist disciplines. Identify and resolve design coordination issues, constructability concerns, and technical risks. Monitor design progress and support achievement of project milestones and deliverables. Coordinate with consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and closure of design comments. Support the preparation and review of consultant scopes of work, design briefs, and technical requirements. Ensure compliance with applicable local regulations, authority requirements, and relevant industry standards. Maintain design documentation, review trackers, and approval records. Provide technical support during construction, including review of shop drawings, material submittals, and RFIs as required. Prepare periodic progress updates and reports for management. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. Master's Degree is an advantage. Required Skills Strong understanding of architectural design, construction methods, and multidisciplinary coordination. Knowledge of local regulations and international design standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM platforms, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to review technical drawings, specifications, and consultant deliverables. Preferred Skills Experience in residential, hospitality, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
