The role provides day-to-day technical support to stores, coordinates preventive and reactive maintenance, works with contractors, and ensures compliance with company standards, budgets and local regulations. Key Responsibilities · Provide day-to-day technical support to stores and regularly monitor their technical condition. · Organize and coordinate repair works, and monitor the quality of their execution. · Respond promptly to urgent technical situations and coordinate appropriate solutions. · Maintain ongoing cooperation with contractors, agree costs, assess work effectiveness and process feedback received from stores. · Participate in tender processes, monitor the market and seek the most favorable technical maintenance terms. · Manage the FM platform and ensure the timely administration of technical requests and tasks. · Participate in the technical handover of new stores and provide ongoing technical support after opening. · Verify the execution of design projects in relation to construction works, technical installations and applicable standards. · Plan and monitor budgets for scheduled preventive maintenance and reactive store maintenance, and process the related documentation. · Coordinate periodic inspections and maintenance of electrical installations, fire safety systems, HVAC systems, low-voltage systems and EAS systems. · Perform tasks related to telemetry projects, water consumption management and other technical processes. · Support store refurbishment, relocation, closure and other construction or technical works. · Cooperate with Sales, Investments, Loss Prevention, IT, Leasing and other internal departments to resolve technical matters effectively. · Ensure compliance with internal company rules, occupational health and safety requirements, fire safety requirements and local regulations. · Perform other technical tasks assigned by the employer.
