## Job description

MEP Solutions LLC is announcing a vacancy for the position of Technical Manager – Construction Site . MEP Solutions LLC provides comprehensive mechanical installation and consulting services for buildings. For more information about the company, please visit http://mepsolutions.ge/. Work Location Tbilisi / Abastumani Salary Starting from GEL 5,000, depending on the candidate’s experience. Working Schedule Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 Key Responsibilities Plan daily activities at the construction site. Prepare daily reports on completed work. Maintain project-related documentation and forms, as well as daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Assign tasks to installation teams. Communicate with contractor companies. Monitor the safe and uninterrupted progress of engineering works. Document project-related issues and conditions. Mandatory Qualifications Higher education in engineering, construction, or a related discipline. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel. English proficiency at B2 level. Previous experience in a similar position is required. Required Skills and Attributes Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
