This is a delivery role for someone who can translate complex product initiatives into clear, structured engineering work and ensure it gets shipped. You will work at the intersection of engineering and business, coordinating initiatives across Casino, Sportsbook, and Payments, and driving them from idea to discovery, development and production. What You’ll Own • Turn product initiatives into clear epics, user stories, and granular engineering tasks. • Own the backlog and delivery lifecycle of initiatives. • Ensure work moves efficiently through Discovery - Ready for Development - In Progress - Done. • Drive delivery timelines, milestones, and dependencies across teams. • Work closely with Tech Leads and engineering teams to validate scope and feasibility. • Maintain a high-level understanding of backend services, APIs, and frontend systems. • Coordinate development across Casino, Sportsbook, and Payments stakeholders. • Identify and remove blockers before they slow teams down. • Ensure every task entering development is clear, scoped, and actionable. • Maintain high delivery standards and accountability across initiatives. Requirements • Experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Owner, or Technical Project Manager. • Proven ability to decompose complex initiatives into detailed engineering work. • Experience managing technical backlogs in agile environments. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and delivery processes. • Ability to work with backend and frontend teams at a high technical level. • Strong execution mindset and ownership of outcomes. Industry Experience (Preferred) Experience in one or more of the following industries: • Sports Betting / Sportsbook • Online Casino / iGaming • Payments / Fintech Bonus Points • Experience working on high-traffic transactional platforms. • Experience coordinating multi-team technical initiatives. • Experience in regulated environments (gaming, payments).
