## Job description

We have an interesting **Technical Project Manager** role at a fast-growing global startup working with data infrastructure for AI and machine learning.

We’re looking for someone** based in Poland or the EU,** 100% remote.

What makes this role interesting:

🌍 Remote, small team (20+ people) working globally
⚙️ 5 TB/day data infrastructure — and constantly growing
🤖 AI-native engineering environment — LLMs, agents & automation are part of the daily workflow
🚀 4 products running simultaneously, fast pace and lots of ownership
🧠 We’re looking for someone technical enough to work with senior engineers, but you don’t need to write production code
🚫 Minimal bureaucracy and processes for the sake of processes
💰 $5,000–$7,000 USD B2B + equity + bonus

Essentially, we’re looking for someone with a development background (or a technical education) who can make sure requirements are well organized, commitments are delivered on time, and the team can continue moving fast without chaos.
